Shop policies

- Deposits equaling 25% of services scheduled is required for booking a service that is $40 or more as well as a card on file. This deposit is only refundable if cancelled 48 hours or more before your scheduled appointment. Last minute cancellations and/or no shows will result in loss of deposit. Deposits are transferrable. If you need to change your appointment date/time, deposit will be transferred to your newly scheduled appointment if done within 48 hours of scheduled appointment time.

- Please arrive on time; 10 minutes late will result in a $15 late fee. If more than 15 minutes late, appointment will be cancelled and considered a no show and required to pay no show fees. 

- A no show will require 50% of services to be paid. The card on file will be charged the difference in deposit and no show fee (25% of services booked). If the card on file is denied, the remaining balance will need to be paid within 72 hours or client will be blocked from future bookings.

- Please cancel 48 hours or more before your scheduled appointment. Last minute cancellations do not leave enough time for me to fill your appointment time, resulting in loss of payment that day. 

- I pride myself in quality work, therefore quality work takes time. Glue takes time to dry, which takes time to apply them. Each individual person has hundreds of natural lashes. Eyelash extensions are a luxury service, they are a very tedious process that requires education, practice, and a lot of patience. If you aren’t able to lay still for 1-4 hours depending on type of service, then you may not be a good candidate. When booking it will tell you how much time the service is estimated to take, please plan accordingly.

- My hours are strict, I am a mom to 3! Please respect that I can’t always fit you in last minute and try to schedule ahead of time.
